來自阿根廷深海海域淨無污染的天使紅蝦純，捕撈後立即低溫冷凍保存，口感Q彈，肉質綿密彈牙，鮮甜可口體大又肥美，尤其蝦頭中擁有滿滿蝦膏！
特別的是，阿根廷天使紅蝦除了富含碘、磷及蝦青素等微量元素，根據研究還發現，天使紅蝦所含的蝦紅素，是普通蝦子的9倍之多！因此各年齡層都非常適合食用喔！

簡單料理方式:
剪去尖刺與長鬚，洗淨後拭乾並抹鹽，在烤盤抹些蒜油，將蝦鋪平擺放，烤箱150度，大約烤15分鐘，即可享用最天然的原味
