格陵蘭厚切鱈魚片直接厚切無添加，富含Omega 3不飽和脂肪酸及維他命D。

白細鮮嫩，肉厚刺少，低脂低膽固醇，營養價值高適合清蒸、煎、紅燒等簡易料理，吃出新鮮原味。


簡單料理方式：

清蒸鱈魚片：鱈魚去骨切片，嫩豆腐切片,把豆腐鋪底，在把魚片鋪豆腐上，薑片放上，米酒在加入，

先放電鍋外鍋一碗水蒸到跳起，把醬油、蠔油開水混合，電鍋內蒸好的魚加進蔥絲、辣椒絲悶15秒取出，薑片在拿掉，把醬汁淋上即可完成。
