「一夜干」(いちやぼし) 源自於日本北海道地區，一夜干的做法是將油脂豐腴的鮮魚剖開、清除內臟，再浸泡於與海水濃度相近的鹽水中，再經過經過一夜風乾而成。

台灣午仔魚一夜干，新鮮製作少量供應，油脂豐沛 味道鮮美。


#建議料理方式：

(平底鍋)中火熱鍋加點油，皮面朝下，蓋鍋蓋煎約8-10分鐘，再翻面煎3~5分鐘。

(烤箱)烤箱預熱200度C，魚皮朝下放入烤箱烤約10-15分鐘。
