「生食級干貝」代表的是經過日本農林水產檢驗並認證，確保此干貝之新鮮度為能夠直接生吃的等級，
生食級干貝的外觀比起一般的干貝顏色會更加飽滿，吃起來軟嫩鮮甜。

簡單料理方式：
食用前可將生食干貝放至置於冷藏自然退冰！
在乾煎前先將表面水份吸乾，用奶油煎至雙面金黃即可，香氣四溢，不要煎太熟喔。
也可以上點油用炙燒方式也很美味喔！
