頂級野生白鯧，野生捕撈，

殺青後急速鮮凍，富含不飽和脂肪酸、蛋白質等豐富營養、肉質雪白鮮嫩、刺少肉多、味道鮮美 

煎、炸、紅燒都美味! 


簡單料理方式：

魚身兩面劃上兩刀，抹上米酒再灑海鹽油熱放入擦乾的白鯧，大火30秒後轉中小火蓋上鍋蓋煎個5分鐘左右，
請視魚身厚度及大小調整翻面再煎個5分鐘左右即可盛盤。
