正宗康式馬加鰆（土魠), 非仿冒品魚目混珠，

魚肉美刺少，肉質細緻略帶海水鹹香，含高蛋白質、低脂肪、礦物質、鈣、磷、鐵。

家常經典食材，是老少皆宜的美味食材。


簡單料理方式：

解凍後，簡單清水清洗，並用廚房紙巾將水分擦乾，兩面抹薄鹽，熱鍋後下鍋乾煎，中小火，每3-4分鐘翻面一次，直到兩面呈現金黃色，起鍋。
